The point on the table and to which I responded was that there is no consensus that insurance companies "denying payment to folk they insure" "stinks." That's the point to which I responded. I insist that just about everyone thinks that stinks. I certainly think it stinks and I have posted here to that effect many times. I would very much like to see the practice stopped dead.

It seems to me that you attribute the problem to a structural flaw to the point of having conflated the problem and the structural flaw.

If you'd like to discuss the structural flaw, I'd be happy to participate. You'd need to pin down that structural flaw for me, though, so I'd know just what's on the table. Otherwise I'm just inferring.

In the time honored SI tradition, I thought it would be fun to just skip nuance and go straight to binary stuff.
