to murder innocent American civilians, to blow up boats
full of innocent Cuban refugees, to hijack U.S. airplanes,
to stage riots, to hurl bombs, and to frame innocents...
while staging false flag terror events (eerily reminiscent
of Oklahoma City, and 911) to shock the American public,
and to shift public opinion in support of an attack on Cuba.

Even though the plans for Operation Northwoods were thwarted,
it's not like they ever shelved the concept of staging false
flag events... as the Gulf of Tonkin incident and Viet Nam
followed shorty thereafter.
And it's not like the PNAC Zionists & Dick Cheney hadn't already
drawn up new maps for the Middle East and plans to divide up
Iraq's oil fields prior to 911, while stating that all they
needed was another "Pearl Harbor" -- which they got with 911...
Cheney even proposed using U.S. Navy Seals disguised as
Iranian's to stage a false flag attack on U.S. ships to
stage War on Iran (only to be shut down by the military).
