they have to keep room in the prisons for the pot smokers (25% of the population) in order to... 1. have plausible cover to set up pillars of the police state - including the systematic dismantling of the constitution. 2. protect big pharma - can't have a pain medication that doesn't send $500 a month to big pharma. 3. keep that alcohol monopoly up and running. where are your priorities?
