Hi JP,

I know it is a non-cash item like depreciation, I wuz just
tryin to eggsplain it clearer(G). As to "po", it is what
the Raiders have every Sunday BEFORE kickoff.......the
potential to win the game....like the Cowboyz used to have(G).

I like NO Goodwill on a balance sheet as they are assets that
are not really there IMO.....(G)
