In a copyrighted story today, the North County Times (Escondido, CA) attributed INFRASTRUCTURE's Carl Johnson as saying "Cymer's technology and market potential is strong" "I've talked to a couple of the DUV stepper manufacturers here, and their business seems to be doing pretty well.
