Hey, here is my guess on fourth quarter revenues and EPS... Revenues: $10.3 - 11.0 million (up from $9.5 mill in 3rd qtr) EPS: $0.02 - 0.03 per share (up from one cent in 3rd qtr) We should see a solid $0.02 EPS. The dilutive effect of options and warrants likely will prevent seeing $0.03. This would put the Company on board for $0.04 in 1997 and beyond in 1998. Most importantly, as an acquisition candidate, I hope the revenues and operating margins continue to improve. (Who knows, maybe we can revise these estimates for effect of further purchases) Kevin
