Lou, I don't know if DCI could sell their 400,000 shares of SMTK stock Not that the Market couldn't take it in, the stock traded over 300,000 shares today alone... . But I'd guess we are getting restricted shares, Sec 144 stock. We COULD BORROW against it though. . Take a look at the CHART for SMTK. I don't think selling the shares would be a wise move even if we could do so. The stock is $20 today, and the chart says the stock could be as high as $30 in early 1998. Our $8m worth of stock just GREW to $12m (g) . Colin
