I gather you are "disgusted". Try to avoid being disgusted. It is really not helping you unless you get some kind of strange satisfaction about being "disgusted" so much. Seek some professional or amateur help or find a spa that specializes in extreme conditions of disgust. Be sure to let us know when you feel less disgusted.
