Domestically "impotence" is the best we can hope for. But internationally, Obama will cause the world lots of problems .... like Carter did - under his watch the mullahs took over Iran from a regime friendly to America and the Soviets invaded Afghanistan leading to the rise of the Taliban and Al Qaeda and the Iran-Iraq war. Carter is amazing in that he continued to produce foreign disasters after leaving office - the North Korean bomb and Hugo Chavez.
