I never said anything about mainframes. But some time down the road CPQ will mature as will the whole PC industry. Really not worth talking about because I can't see when it will happen, and I haven heard anyone else come up with a time frame, but it will. Just like the the TV consumer industry did. The pc will/is becoming a mass consumer product. I know what your are thinking, what about the corporate side? Ambiguity will also happen in corporate computing. Like buying a desk. The thought process will be made much simpler. Guys like you will be out of a job. Like pluging in a lamp. Fire away steve I know you will. Blow holes in my post. Greg
