Anti-Flippers Buy And Hold Cheap Homes finance.yahoo.com I half expected to see "John Vosilla" mentioned in there. Anyhoo, how dare those blokes try to make money in real estate when experts like Bove warn of a 15% decline coming and that Meredith lady says the second dip is sure to come and the blogosphere warns everyday about the next thing that will crush housing prices! Is it just me or do the desk jockeys seem fixated on price while the guy/gal who gets their hands dirty fixate on cash flow?
