HERE'S WHY OBAMACARE IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL...
The supporters of obamacare insist obamacare is protected under the Constitution, and here's why:
The federal government can impose taxes on anything it wants, i.e., liquor, gas, cigarettes, and so on... so, the mandate on buying health insurance is just another tax and certainly the federal government can impose taxes on all commerce in the United States... therefore obamacare is clearly protected under the Constitution...
BUT, obamacare is not protected under the Constitution, and here's why:
The above explanation does not address the real underlying issue. It may be true that a citizen must pay federal taxes when he purchases one of those products, however the federal government cannot force anyone to buy a product in order to collect the tax on it... the federal government cannot force any citizen to buy liquor, gas, cigarettes, or anything that has a federal tax on it just so it can collect that tax... this is what is is not supported by the Constitution...
I think the States have a solid case and obamacare will be overturned...
