To me it was never about how much it's going to cost our family. It's about the quality of healthcare we are going to receive when we reach our elderly years. It's about what the govt is going to do as they forge their way toward a one payer system. Once they have that locked in we will all be under new constraints as to what we can eat and drink, how much we weight, who receives a new knee and who limps through their final days... If their true intention was to simply insure those who could not afford or who were ineligible for insurance the entire plan could have been written in 10 pages. Something far more sinister is at hand here....
