A commentator on the STs piece just wanted to remind us all that the people who will benefit from this act will be voting in Nov too. I gave him a good piece of my mind, but he's right. Larry Sabato (I think that is spelled right?) said that traditionally only 40% of voters come out for the mid term elections. Somehow I think that stat is going to be broken in Nov.
