This bill has provisions that take place immediately. I heard this a few times on the news today, but no one said what the provisions are exactly. When it becomes law, what changes happen immediately? Working Americans won't realize they got screwed until the knife starts slicing their pay checks. Non-working Americans will see no change. They will still get free/subsidized housing, free utilities, free food stamps, free bus tickets, and free health care. Trini Lopez sang, "Everything is free in America." Lopez was right but only if you don't work.
