Glenn, The Brazilians are a very capable, dynamic,energetic people. As they throw off the lingering effects of the old style Latin American Regimes watch their economy take off. Indeed all major Latin American Countries (excluding Central America) are interested in joining in the tech revolution that is sweeping other portions of the world.
