Chris Cilizza just said the same thing, it's all about how the message is framed by each party in the next seven months. The tough thing for the Reps will be, will voters still feel as anxious and agitated after months of the Reps pounding away, or will it sound like yesterday's news? My long shot best guess is the Reps get 5-6 Senate seats back, and 20-25 House seats, the typical offyear pattern.
