"Was and is a state issue. Talk to your state house." no it isn't the dems said they make up the rules as they go, there are no rules. They could have put tort reform in that Bill, but the dems and tort Lawyers are asshole buddies. So now the productive conservatives pay for health care and the dems Lawyers steal it and gives it to dem politicains and you say there won't be blood shed,lololol watch and learn
