Imagine the horror of the uninsured being required to purchase health insurance . . . . . . rather than socializing their family's medical costs onto the taxpayer and health insurance rate-payers. It's about time these slackers developed some responsibility for their own lives. If a fine helps modify their irresponsible behavior, so much the better. A nice kick in the pants might be helpful as well. .
