I have been very impressed every time I see Klein on camera; I gave up my usual prohibition on cable news to follow the drama last night, and he was on a lot with very focused reports. Everything I read about the Senate schedule now is several days of useless crap culminating in a vote between Friday and Sunday (more likely the latter with all the delays the Reps have planned). If anyone sees a legal analysis on HCR that doesn't sound like just another partisan blog, please post it. I'd like to see what the legal heavyweights have to say.
