SPX-Chart Weekly: remains BULLISH: this chart was drawn 11/17/2009. i the was looking for a top in the 1150 at that time but as the chart evolved a challenge to the double greenline(1260 area is now the odds on favorite--i think looking at the RSI and Ultimate Oscillator levels key--- RSI breaking to 70 with UO getting everestian, would be a time to watch intently for a top. As i do not do quick one or 2 days/ day trading, there is NOWAY i short this market based on this chart. imo ONLY Max
