BEIJING (AP) -- China's commerce minister warned the United States on Sunday against imposing trade sanctions over Beijing's currency controls, and said his country was likely to report a trade deficit in March.
Washington and other trading partners are pressing China to ease controls that have kept its yuan currency steady against the dollar for 18 months to help its companies compete amid weak global demand. Some U.S. lawmakers have demanded to have China declared a currency manipulator in a U.S. Treasury Department report due out next month, which could precede possible trade sanctions.

yuan may be over-valued china is enjoying printing, for it feels good is fearful of effects of printing stoppage thus would continue usa can do whatever it pleases which is to print cooperatively together, we have the replay of 1930s episode, less the gold-backing trade war amidst competive devaluation all prays self saved by preying on others
no one would stop printing, for the one to stop gets the greek treatment, given that greece gave up its sovereign right to print in exchange for a big helping hand that little iceland did not have recommendation: getgold, stacksilver, pileplatinum, playpalladium, copcopper, and if at all able, obtain unobtanium but, i suppose, we still need top keep an eye on the weapon of mass destruction, pictured below
