listen -- that's what was missed in the statistics in the debate -- some people chose "naked" as a financial decision -- they COULD by but didn't see the risk reward at their age/health ... I only have catastrophic -- I couldn't justify paying for full coverage -- got no history of problems, but were I 20-30 years younger and someone wanted the kind of money I am paying now -- heck, yeah -- why pay -- what do you have to protect at that age??

They should have worked on the only 2 real problems -- 1) those who couldn't get coverage at ANY price and 2) those who were being dropped in the middle of some "event"
