Dahl has always had that position as well as Secretary. He took on the responsibilities of CFO until a permanent exec could be found. The technicalities of the exact day he is officially retired doesn't apply, since any additional period of time he remains at ASND is probably to make sure his successors learn the ropes as they apply to ASND. As far as Mory would be concerned, Dahl is retired.
