...many had to bail early as the original promise John made to our investors to go public was for November 2008 with JBI - many had invested their life savings and all and could not hold on until the following AUgust 2009 when JBI/Expedite ll/310 Holdings finally went public and became JBII

Hey, I must have passed the test!! I'm home and back on ...

Down to business, can anyone help here with some questions as I have been away from this for awhile - perhaps someone has these numbers at their finger tips as its sometimes hard to find:

1) Where exactly is the money coming from to keep JBII going?
2) How much does JBII need to maintain operations in Niagara Falls, Cambridge, New York, Pennsylvania, etc. ie rent, salaries, taxes, staff, expenses, etc.
3) What happened to JBI operations? Is operations staff paid from JBI or JBII?
4) Exactly how much money was made by JBII parent company in 2009? Did this cover operating costs?
5) How many tapes are being read now and how many staff are reading?
6) What are Brian and Steve doing if not reading tapes? When I was there, there was often alot of time wasted waiting - time is money is loss if people aren't working.

This company cannot just be about hype and potential - operating costs must be met and that means money in - I realize Pak-It is the 'wealthy uncle' (not so wealthy) right now, but will that be enough to keep it all going for a year or more? It's great to be hopeful but those of you who've been in the Corporate world know that sometimes things take longer than we like. Is anyone crunching
the numbers? Is this the CFO's job?

How is that possible? When there was just hype and nothing more really? Come in through 310? before JBI original investors were transferred to 310?

1) I wanted to make sure that I honoured my promises to the people that I brought in to JBI, that their money would at least triple.
2) Didn't need the grief at the time so committed to getting extremely fit and healthy. Also, needed to learn to think like the male species ... you guys are really strategic.
3) Also, had some serious work to do to take care of some business matters.
4) Now I have a bit of time and I want to see this corporation do well. That means keeping everyone honest and holding them to their promises all around. I too really care about the investors - all of them who came in because of me and my reputation.

you'll see where the money comes when the financial reports are filed in the next week or 2.
Guess you didn't hear the company is debt free expect for a small loan to purchase the blending facility.
Revenues from Pak-It and tape reading will, I believe, be huge this 1/4.
Plus the revenues from the PIPE and Javeco.
Funds for JV's will be coming in from most states and other countries around the world.

you are right - promises to our investors were honored - this is a great stock and many of them made a lot of money - many had to bail early as the original promise John made to our investors to go public was for November 2008 with JBI - many had invested their life savings and all and could not hold on until the following AUgust 2009 when JBI/Expedite ll/310 Holdings finally went public and became JBII - it was a costly time for many but those who have financially been able to stay must be smiling big smiles now!!!!!
