"Forcing me to take a health care package that I may not need is dictatorial and not in keeping with the spirit or a free nation," 12 states (including my very liberal state of Washington) have announced their intention to sue this aspect of the just passed bill. Seems a little silly when they demand auto insurance - but I guess there are other issues. States rights and the issue that your health is your business and doesn't effect others - like auto insurance does. .........My apologies if this has been discussed as this has become a very active thread.
