No, I'm not making up anything. I'm using the CBO scoring. They say it will cost $940bil (over ten years), and I'm using their number. $940 extra debt is a wild shopping spree. If were lucky this wild shopping spree, gets us items that are worth the price. I don't think what we get will be worth the price, but even if it is this 2500 page bill on a 100% partisan vote, with all sorts of special interest kickbacks, that creates an ongoing federal entitlements, is hardly carefully considered spending.
