53 points on the DJIA isn't exactly a celebration. But the answer to your question is that the stock market has been known to be irrationally exuberant at times. But in time, it corrects.

Since you attribute the positive stock market move to the healthcare bill, I will remind you when it starts crashing. I give you less than two months on that.
