You know what? I just give up. Every issue ends in some damn bullshit way to make things worse for 95% of the population. Whether it be credit card reform, TBTF bank bailouts, Giant Squid bailouts, healthcare reform, jobs, house prices, interest rates, schools, taxes of all kinds, or whatever. Keep holding out hope that something might begin to change for the better. But it never does. So may as well just give up and call it a career. Cash it all out, sit back and spend it to zero (where its going anyway eventually and sooner rather than later), and by then maybe I'll be ready to waste away in some sort of government paid for shithole retirement compound. Or just wander off deep into a National Forest to become bear food.
