PCS, you are right - the financial situation is vastly improved compared with a decade ago. But the big and important issue remains the ability to get hordes of customers to use megabytes of data. High priced access was not the only problem back in the day but it was the dead end. Having to wait another couple of years to get handset access to Globalstar is quite a long time. Qualcomm could probably have had asics ready this year [with some lead time]. Mqurice
