Everything you say about the US. health plan seems reasonable. I'm sure you have the facts. Just one thing puzzles me, how does
a similar scheme survive in Canada? Or should I ask, how does Canada survive, given that they have been using a similar system
for decades? I am not trying to prove that you are wrong; I am simply mystified.
