Can a Congressman rescind their individual votes? In business there is usually a 3 day or more waiting period before a contract is firm. This is Wednesday----------can Stupak call for a re-count. There is sure a lot more going on here than meets the public eye------wheeling and dealing in Congress done in nicorette filled rooms.
