Former economist Paul Krugman, who now makes a living by mailing in Democratic Party talking-points to the op-ed page of the New York Times, made a fool of himself once more in his latest column. Ah, living by the loaded description. As for the Gingrich quote, if I read some of the text correctly, Krugman simply copied the quote from the Washington Post. Which was later corrected. If that's the case, the issue is in the back and forth between Gingrich and the Washington Post. Sounds like Gingrich said something, didn't like it, and tried to get it changed.
