Jim - I called the 800 no. given on the website to get names of Norris dealers. The call put me through to the company in Poway, and I was routed to Scott Gorrie (?sp.). However, he did not answer his phone - his voicemail did. I didn't leave a message, however. It seems now that whenever you call ANY business, the phone is electronically answered. I miss talking to live people, but I guess that's something we have to put up with. Betty
