Do you mean to say that Globalstar could go broke and end up owing Qualcomm? Joy of joys = imagine if Globalstar was taken over by Qualcomm in entirety.

<if you examined the capital structure and CapEx requirements. You would understand the requirements for Globalstar to turn the inventory / obilgations due Qualcomm into cash rapidly. >

It's unlikely.

If push came to shove and there was no other way of paying Qualcomm then shareholders such as yourself would no doubt step up to a rights issue at $1 a share and buy a truckload of new GSAT shares.
