"The statute is not unconstitutional if if is construed and applied to make it constitutional. The above is another most incoherent and functionally inarticulate statement from Kenneth. Isn't he adorable. His legal mind is like a steel trap! I think he missed his calling. He could have been a portfolio manager for Madoff! Maybe he could have been a script writer for a Disney cartoon. A full length feature called Mickey, Goofy and Pluto go to the Whitehouse! Just another entry from his "Legally Bald" episodes.
