Three 1/2 liters a day. I replaced Pepsi first with meth, then I switched to coffee, water, and some diet Pepsi because I was told the meth can be bad for you.

Yes, "my doctor". When I don't need him, I keep him busy with some gardening or shoveling snow. Of course I mean my regular doctor. Good guy. He cares. Really.
As for good or bad animal protein, certainly there could be a distinction. I do not claim to be an expert. T. Colin Campbell makes a compelling argument, but he could be wrong. Some claim he has an agenda (I'm not sure I recognize it or agree). Read the book and let me know what you think.
