Hey, a real Imp board! Italian and I never got up to any technical analysis of the mining operations over at the Yahoo board (increasingly plagued by technical problems) although Italian heroically posted about the crazily cheap valuations last year when the stock was about a buck and we agreed it was very cheap up to $6 or so.

It seems to me Imp could sell Red Chris, or even the entire company if they wanted, and get a big slug of cash now, or develop the mine themselves, which is more attractive if you are afraid of inflation, since presumably prices will rise over the next twenty five years, the estimated lifespan of the mine, and paper money will become less valuable vs copper and gold. Guess it is up to Edwards and Berkowitz.

Anyway what does it cost to develop a big, deep mine, really 1.5 billion? If so they would have to sell a part interest.
