Your attempt at revisionist history is noted. Everybody knows that President Bush 43 kept us safe from terrorist attacks on our soil for the rest of his two terms after 9/11 which was caused by Clinton's failed policies happened. It took Obama just months of his failed policies to allow another attack on American soil.

President Bush 43 was a great foreign policy President. Obama is the laughing stock of the world. When he send gaffe prone Biden it just irritates our allies and provokes ridicule from everyone else.

At least gaffe master Biden doesn't bow to despots. In that sense he is better for foreign relations than Obama.
