To all current S3 shareholders: It has become quite clear that the departure of Gary Johnson from S3 is long overdue. Under his imcompetent and dishonest guidence, S3 has changed from a profitable, innovative company to the laughing stock of Silicon Valley and the computer games industry. All of us on Silicon Investor should get together and elect a representative who is in close proximity to Santa Clara, to represent us in demanding his removal. News of his resignation alone could be worth at least four or five points for the stock, as confidence is regained by individual and institutional investors alike. Finally, I believe this annoucement stinks of FRAUD, when you think that the stock price was up to almost 18 just a couple of months ago based on a positive earnings picture in the second quater. I wonder if there was any insider selling at that point, or maybe, someone was engaged in channel stuffing to make his bonus check look good. In any case, GJ MUST GO.
