This, of course, indicates just how stupid you are, Al. Medicare Part D has come in massively under budget every year thus far and likely WOULD HAVE come in at 300B over its first 10 years had the Ds not screwed it up by eliminating any element of personal responsibility in the program. As usual you have nothing but insults...i didn't make judgment on the merits nor the implementation of the program...only on the fact that bush implemented it completely on a credit card...true? Of course. Look, I have told you before...if your replies are full of insults, don't bother responding...ok? But it had nothing to do with the collapse of an economic bubble which GWB inherited, or the 9/11 attack on the heart of our financial district, or the worst natural disaster suffered by our country in years. Aren't you the same guy who chides Obama for claiming the economic collapse on inheritance? And did we have to attack Iraq? did we have to pass a tax cut in the midst of two wars? did we have to pass part D without any method of payment? Please....A Al
