OT: Fructose - I started worrying about fructose because I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. So I compared content. A 12oz. coke has 39g carbs, presumably 21g fructose assuming 55% fructose. That is more than the fructose content of a grapefruit, twice the fructose content of an entire apple, or 3X the content of a medium banana. And of course every gram of fructose in a piece of fruit is usually buffered by about 50% as much fiber, which matters.
