People are upset because it was jammed down our throats, like TARP. 55% of the public did not want this health care bill. The gov't. doesn't seem to care any longer what the people think or want. Also, states are suing because they believe it's unconstitutional to force someone to buy health insurance. Most smart people believe it will end up like every other gov't. program, a disaster. We'll see, won't we.
