questioning the constitutionality of the individual mandate, failed to include "any specific case citations to buttress the underlying claim that it is unconstitutional." This seems an obvious lie, one can google up a few cases. Hugh, there are a number of constitutional precedents for the HCR bill. Your governor is selling you a sorry bill of goods.
