The obvious solution is for socialized systems to introduce freedom, choice, and competition into their systsms. That's more or less what we have now...how's it working for us? Before you answer, consider that we are the most expensive HC system in the world, and that every one of the "socialized" system you so despise spend considerably less and cover everyone. Grow up...
