I don't think that's the difference.

The more likely answer is that there is no accountability on the Left. In fact, they extol the virtues of worthless people all the time and reward shifty, underhanded practices as though they were virtues.

This is why Charles Rangel is still in office. It's how Alcee Hastings was impeached as a federal judge for betraying the public trust and committing crimes, but somehow was elected to Congress.

It's why Eric Holder can perjure himself before Congress without the leadership batting an eye.

It's how New Black Panther party thugs can intimidate voters at the polls without criminal prosecution.

It's why SEIU leader Andy Stern can access the WH dozens of times while Obama drones on about how he is so transparent and is changing the way of life in DC.

It's also how San Fran Nan and Senators like Dianne Feinstein influence legislation to benefit their husbands and why Jack Murtha virtually had his own private airport.

And since the MSM is equally in the bag for the Left, its denizens will continue to slant and lie to promote the leftist agenda.

IOW, as long as the Left condones lies and dishonesty, its minions will engage in violence and threats because there is no downside to such destructive behavior.

I'm sure they have families. What they lack is honor.

One of the key things to understand as to why the lefties are so violent and the Tea Party gang is not - one group has a job and family to honor and protect. The other side has little to lose.
