No they won't. They couldn't afford it then, they can't afford it now, and they won't be able to afford it in 2014 unless they're subsidized. Which is what they will be.

Make sure your kids are able to earn a decent wage because, on top of their own expenses for just living when they finally get a job, they will be subsidizing a lot of "free" hc.
