There doesn't seem any particular reason that Qualcomm would run it any better than the current owners. The current owners took a bunch of broken satellites and some tracking system technology from an external company and turned it into a viable consumer product that worked and produced revenue from a broken constellation. I feel comfortable in saying that the SPOT product and innovation saved the company from certain extinction. I doubt Qualcomm would have been resourceful enough, or even cared enough to make that step. I will take the current owner over Qualcomm as far as desire to survive and innovate is concerned. Omnitracs is a prime example of complacency!! PCSTEL
