Cantor's remarks come a day after the FBI and local police departments say at least 10 Democratic members of Congress were targeted following Sunday's health care reform vote.

The Richmond Police Department says it's investigating the bullet fired into Cantor's office as an act of vandalism. The preliminary investigation shows that the bullet was fired into the air and struck the window in a downward direction and hit the conference room that was empty. They say it happened Tuesday of this week.
