Neeka, My best guess would be that it is covered under one of the free medical care plans for low or no income -- like Medicaid, or in California we have Medical. There are also welfare plans for children specifically, but I can't think of what they're called right now. Wouldn't that be the most disgusting thing ever if they were using "children's" welfare for abortions? .
